1. The fulfillment of the Organic and Manual Regulations of the Procedure of the Assembly House of the Poder Popular.
2. In the 11 general Guidelines and 52 specific of the 5 Standing Committees of the Assembly House.
3. In the 7 objectives of work of the Board Of Directors, for the control of the fulfillment of the results of the policies and actions related with the agreements No. 61/6 and 6560 of the CECM; The presidential instruction No. 1/2011, resolution 60/2007 of Comptrollership; The plan of economy and I budget for 2020; The activities of preparation for the defense; The actions of confrontation to her LSP ONE, the crime, the social indisciplines, illegalities and the corruption; Besides consider the treatment of the legal provisions, for the functioning of structures the productive, on duty and white-collar worker of concern for the population.
4. 33 themes that will be analyzed in 8 regular sessions of the Municipal Assembly House in the months of January are proposed, February, March, May, July, September, November, December, the ones that answer to the priorities of the Municipality; For the meetings with the Presidents of Consejos Popular in compliance with the law 91 and the themes to evaluate in the Advice of the administration, some of them are linked with indicators of the objectives that are cause for concern to:

Economy, budget, the ways not staters, the development projects local, the improvement of the habitational bottom of the population, the autarchy, to the proteic plants, the quality of production, distribution and food merchandising, the transportation, the electric power, other essential services, tasks of the defense and confrontation to the crime, the LSP ONE illegalities and the social indisciplines.
